In three steps
Three steps, one office.
-
01
Tell it about your family.
A short conversation: who the money is for, what you have, how long it could wait. No documents and no account numbers. Skip anything.
-
02
Your office opens.
Home shows your first picture, and the five desks open around it. Everything you enter once is read by every desk.
-
03
It keeps paying attention.
Every day, Home shows what needs you and what changed, checked against your own rules and dates. You decide what happens next.
Pictures from the app, with a sample household.
The first conversation
It starts with a conversation.
Your office takes shape from the first conversation. Finna starts with the questions a family office would ask, and your answers become your family’s first picture.
- Who and what matters to your family?
- What do you own, owe, protect and manage?
- Who currently advises you?
- What important knowledge or responsibility sits with one person?
- What would you like to grow, protect or carry forward?
The first week
Your office fills in, one card at a time.
Never a checklist. Each card waits until the one before it is done or skipped, so the office grows at the pace your family sets.
- Day 0Records
Add what you have, then what you owe: a mortgage, a loan, a card.
- Day 1Governance
Write your first rule: how much cash must always be reachable.
- Day 2Records
Who is in the family? Add the children, parents, anyone you want in the record.
- Day 3Protection
List the cover you have, one policy at a time, or upload the policy and Freya fills it in.
- Day 5Succession
Is there a will, and where is the original?
- Day 7Freya
Your first weekly briefing: what changed, what needs you, and what falls due in the next 30 days.
The five desks
Five desks, one record.
Every desk reads the same household record, so nothing is entered twice.
Learn
What you learn opens what comes next.
Short quests in plain language, built around your own numbers. Every path ends in a badge, and passing its test earns a certificate. Your first answers already begin your Financial Identity.

Safe by design
Your money stays where it is.
- Finna never holds your assets.
Your money stays with the banks and providers you already use.
- Read-only, always.
Anything you connect can be read, never moved. Finna cannot move money.
- Everything exports.
Every line your household entered, at any time, on every plan.
- Private by default.
Your principals decide who sees what. Nothing leaves the household without that decision.
What it costs
Free for your own household.
The five desks and Learn cost nothing for your own household. You pay only when your office reaches further: the whole family, invited advisers, more of Freya each month, or trusts and companies.
Finna charges for scope. Never for information, and never for understanding.
Questions
Before you start.
Do I need documents to start?
No. Start with what you know, and add statements and documents later. Nothing is required to see your first picture.
Is Freya a person?
No. Freya is an AI, your AI chief of staff. She reads your record, prepares Home and your weekly briefing, and answers questions about it. She never moves money, and every decision stays with you.
Does Finna give financial advice?
No. Finna is a technology platform that helps your household organize and understand its finances. The decisions stay with you, and with the specialists you choose.
Can Finna move my money?
No. Finna never holds your assets, and anything you connect is read-only.
Who can see our information?
Your household’s principals decide. Nothing is shared outside the household without that decision.
Can we leave and take everything with us?
Yes. Everything your household entered exports at any time, on every plan.
